We have some exciting news to share with you – WMH Solutions is transitioning over to representing the Linde brand forklift, effective June 1st, 2024! As we start our new OEM partnership, we wanted to communicate to our valued customers why we made this change and what you can expect.

Why We Made This Change

Since 1988, WMH Solutions (WMH) has built a strong reputation of providing the very best in service and innovative solutions to our customers. This market approach has allowed us to significantly grow our business to over $200m in annual revenues companywide. While we value the long term partnership we’ve had with Hyster-Yale Group, we were “land-locked” and couldn’t grow outside our current territory – which truly limited our long-term growth potential.

We recognized that to continue our growth, strengthen our market position, and provide a fuller range of products and services to our valued customers, we needed to seek a new OEM partner who could offer us more opportunities through territory expansion. After careful consideration, WMH chose to represent the Linde brand forklift as our new primary OEM supplier. Linde is manufactured by KION Group, a $12 billion dollar annual revenue company, and the global leader in forklifts, enhanced automation, and integrated warehouse systems.

With the Linde brand, we now have the unique opportunity to grow outside of our current territory – opening 15+ new WMH branch locations in the next 3-4 years.

WMH assurances for your current Yale fleet

  • Yale trucks on order: Expect no changes. For our customers that have Yale forklifts on order with us, we’re committed to deliver them to you in 2024 and 2025 with no change in pricing or lead times.
  • Parts/Service support for Yale trucks: Expect no changes. For our customers that own Yale product, or lease Yale products through us, we’re committed to continue providing Yale parts, service, and manage warranty on your behalf long into the future. And, we’ll provide this level of service at very competitive rates – with the same level of training and commitment to excellence.
